Service Delivery: Advisory services are delivered by Victoria on behalf of Victoria Parkhomenko
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers AI advisory, business process optimization, and automation strategy services to businesses and organizations.
Services may include introductory consultations, business needs assessments, technology evaluations, and strategic recommendations.
The specific scope of any paid engagement will be defined and agreed upon separately.
2. Business Representation and Authority
By booking a session on behalf of a business or organization, the individual making the booking represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.
For paid services, the individual further confirms that they have the necessary authority to approve the engagement and associated payment obligations on behalf of the organization.
3. Discovery Calls
Initial Discovery Calls are offered free of charge and are intended to discuss business needs, potential opportunities, and possible next steps.
A Discovery Call does not include implementation services, detailed technical assessments, or guaranteed deliverables.
Booking a Discovery Call does not create an obligation to purchase additional services.
4. Paid Advisory Services
Any paid advisory engagement is subject to separately agreed terms, including scope of work, fees, payment arrangements, and deliverables.
No paid engagement is established solely by booking a free Discovery Call.
5. Confidentiality
Participants are encouraged not to disclose sensitive, proprietary, or confidential business information during an introductory session unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements have been established.
6. Professional Recommendations
Advisory services are intended to support business decision-making. Recommendations are based on the information available during the engagement.
Business decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of the client organization, subject to any separately agreed contractual obligations.
7. Scheduling and Changes
Sessions are scheduled based on availability. Requests to reschedule or cancel should be made through the booking system when possible.
